The Trützschler Group will present its fiber processing technologies at ITMA Asia in Shanghai, China, from 20 to 24 November 2026. The company will exhibit at Hall 5.1, Stand D20, with solutions for spinning preparation and nonwoven production that it says are designed to increase productivity, simplify operations and improve efficiency. The exhibits include the T-CAN automated can transport system, the TC 30 card, the Steeltop and Superflow card clothing products, and nonwoven technologies for hygiene, wipes and filtration applications.
Trützschler Spinning
Trützschler Spinning will show technologies intended to help spinning mills increase productivity, improve operational efficiency and make better use of raw materials.
T-CAN automates sliver transport throughout spinning preparation, connecting cards and drawing passages while ensuring reliable material allocation. According to the company, the system is designed to reduce labor dependency and support greater automation in spinning mills. By reducing manual handling and supporting continuous production, it is said to lower labor requirements, minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Visitors can also learn about the TC 30 card. The company stated that customers achieve up to 40% higher productivity in man-made fiber applications while maintaining or improving yarn quality. The TC 30 has a waste suction system that allows different waste types to be collected separately, enabling more than 50% of card waste to be reused, according to the company. Combined with the Wastecontrol system, the machine is said to help minimize fiber loss and improve raw material utilization.
Trützschler Card Clothing
Trützschler Card Clothing will present its latest products for spinning and nonwovens, with a focus on Steeltop and Superflow.
Steeltop is an all-steel flat top that the company says offers more than twice the lifetime of conventional solutions while maintaining sliver and yarn quality. For nonwovens, Superflow is said to reduce fiber buildup and support stable, high-productivity operation.
Visitors can also see FBC (Flexible Bend Control), an automated carding gap adjustment system, and the GX SeedClean cylinder wire series, which is intended to improve cleaning performance and yarn quality.
Trützschler Nonwovens
Trützschler Nonwovens will show solutions for the production of hygiene, wipes and filtration nonwovens. One highlight is the new ATB (Air-Through-Bonding) Oven, designed for applications ranging from topsheets, backsheets, and acquisition and distribution layers (ADLs) for diapers and hygiene products to medical products and filtration media. The company stated that its air-through technology provides gentle, uniform heat distribution and homogeneous airflow across the web, supporting high process efficiency even at high production speeds.
The company will also present its technologies for pulp-based nonwovens, including WLS (Wet-Laid/Spunlace) for flushable products and Carded/Pulp (CP) for premium wipes. Building on these, the CPC (Carded/Pulp/Carded), CAC (Carded/Airlaid/Carded) and SPC (Spunbond/Pulp/Carded) configurations are intended for premium wipes and hygiene products. According to the company, this allows manufacturers to tailor product structures to specific application and market requirements.
Experts from Trützschler Spinning, Card Clothing and Nonwovens will be available at Stand D20 in Hall 5.1 during ITMA Asia 2026.
