Lectra has supplied cutting room technology for Epic Group’s Trimetro manufacturing campus, combining its Vector IX6 Fashion cutting systems with Gerber XLS125 spreaders as part of an Industry 4.0-ready installation.
Beyond equipment supply, Lectra said it worked closely with Trimetro’s operational teams to implement structured standard operating procedures from the start of production. The company’s involvement included guidance on material handling, machine utilization, and process standardization, with ongoing performance monitoring to support consistent output.
According to Lectra, the combination of technology deployment and process integration enabled the project to meet its performance targets.
