
Trützschler will present its spinning and card clothing technologies for fiber processing at CAITME, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 8 to 10 September 2026. The company will be at Hall 2, Stand D50, presenting solutions aimed at increasing productivity, streamlining processes, and maintaining yarn quality. Key topics will include the card TC 30i, the integrated draw frame IDF 3, the comber TCO 21XL, and Trützschler Card Clothing’s flat top series STEELTOP.
Trützschler spinning
At CAITME, Trützschler Spinning will present technologies the company says help spinning mills increase productivity while maintaining quality standards and processing raw materials efficiently. The company will demonstrate how the TC 30i card and the IDF 3 integrated draw frame are designed to support direct spinning. According to Trützschler, the TC 30i has shown results in customer installations that include up to 40% higher productivity in man-made fiber applications, while maintaining or improving yarn quality. The machine’s T-GO feature is designed to enable precise carding gap settings beyond what can be achieved manually; the company describes it as the only proven automatic gap optimizer, citing use across several thousand customer operations worldwide.
The IDF 3 is designed to shorten the spinning preparation process for rotor and airjet applications without compromising quality. The company reports that customer trials have shown productivity gains and process stability, particularly when processing raw materials with a high proportion of short fibers. Trützschler states that the IDF 3’s drafting system, through reliable fiber guidance, contributes to more homogeneous slivers, lower IPI values, and consistent yarn quality. Together, the company says the TC 30i and IDF 3 are intended to support high productivity, stable yarn parameters, and efficient processing of blends with high short-fiber content or recycled materials.
Trützschler will also present the TCO 21XL, its comber. With twelve combing heads compared with the conventional eight, the company says the TCO 21XL increases productivity by approximately 50% while maintaining sliver quality, and achieves lower energy consumption per head. The machine’s COUNT CONTROL function is designed to enhance quality assurance in the combing process, with the aim of maintaining a constant sliver count.
Trützschler’s digital platforms will also be presented at CAITME. MyMill is the company’s cloud-based platform for monitoring and optimizing spinning mill operations, intended to give customers production insights. MyTrützschler is described by the company as a digital customer platform providing access to information, services, and support, aimed at simplifying workflows and providing direct access to Trützschler experts.
Trützschler card clothing
STEELTOP is manufactured from steel and is designed for use under demanding production conditions, particularly for processing lower-grade natural and man-made fibers. Compared with conventional alternatives, the company says STEELTOP achieves more than double the lifetime, which it states can improve long-term reliability while reducing waste and flat top replacement costs. The company also reports reductions in neps of up to 20% and total yarn imperfections (IPI) of up to 10%. STEELTOP is fully recyclable and compatible with Trützschler cards equipped with T-GO.
