
AB Cotspin India has received orders aggregating to approximately INR 10.17 crore for the supply of cotton yarn from a domestic entity. The company, which has over 25 years of experience in the textile industry, received the orders on 18 August 2026, with execution scheduled within two to three months.
The order strengthens the company’s order book and provides additional business visibility for the coming quarters. It reflects A B Cotspin’s presence in the cotton yarn segment and its manufacturing and operational capabilities to meet customer requirements.
The company stated that it remains focused on disciplined execution, maintaining product quality, strengthening customer relationships and pursuing sustainable growth across its textile operations.

Q1 FY27 performance
During Q1 FY27, the company reported total revenue of INR 101.98 crore, a 52.89% year-on-year increase. Profit before tax stood at INR 6.84 crore, up 17.79% year-on-year, while net profit rose to INR 5.10 crore, a 20.93% year-on-year increase. Diluted EPS stood at INR 2.32, compared with INR 1.93 in Q1 FY26.
The company has previously guided for total revenue of approximately INR 350–400 crore and EBITDA of INR 50–60 crore for FY2026-27.
