Epson has launched the SureColor F370, a dye-sublimation printer for makers, small businesses, schools and growing customization shops, along with a Sublimation primer for cotton, a liquid solution that enables sublimation on white and light-colored cotton garments. The products, introduced as demand for personalized and on-demand product customization grows, are on display at PRINTING United Expo 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada, from 23–25 September 2026., and will be available in November 2026. According to the company, the two products are intended to help businesses diversify their offerings while using dye-sublimation technology.
“Today’s creators and small businesses need solutions that are easy to adopt, versatile and capable of supporting growth,” said Tim Check, product manager, Professional Imaging, Epson America. “With the SureColor F370, we have made professional dye-sublimation more accessible than ever, while our new sublimation primer for cotton opens opportunities beyond traditional polyester applications. Together, these innovations help customers personalize a broader range of products and confidently expand their businesses.”
The SureColor F370 is designed specifically for dye-sublimation printing. According to the company, its compact footprint and intuitive operation make it suitable for users new to dye-sublimation as well as small businesses looking to expand their product range. It offers 13″ x 19″ printing capability, which Epson said allows users to create products such as apparel, towels, cutting boards, photo panels, home décor, signage and promotional items. Media handling includes an auto-switching 150-sheet 8.5-inch cassette and a 15-sheet 13″ x 19″ tray.
The printer supports wireless, USB, Wi-Fi Direct and mobile printing. It uses genuine Epson inks, which the company said deliver durable colors with reliable performance and low printing costs. A guided touchscreen setup is meant to help users produce sellable results, and its small footprint allows it to fit into tight home studios. Transfer paper modes provide optimized settings for printing on fabrics and hard goods. The printer includes a 1-year limited warranty and technical support from Epson.
The Sublimation primer for cotton is designed to extend dye-sublimation workflows beyond polyester substrates. By adding cotton and other natural fabrics to their application mix, creators and small businesses can explore new products and reach additional customers without adopting a different decorating technology, according to Epson. The company said the printer and primer together offer more flexibility across products ranging from apparel and soft goods to home décor and promotional items.
Both products are on display at Epson’s stand, C1945
