Ahmedabad-based Arrow Digital, an authorized EFI partner in India, has installed the EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ digital textile printer at Karnal Signages, known for digital large-format and soft signage printing. The installation marks a step for Karnal Signages’ expansion into digital textile and soft signage production, giving the company a production platform intended to address demand for digitally printed textiles across multiple application segments.
As the textile and display graphic market continues to shift toward digital technologies, businesses are increasingly adopting systems such as the EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+, which the company said offers flexibility, faster turnaround times, and the ability to produce fabrics with consistent results. Sam Patel, chief executive officer and managing director, Arrow Digital, said the EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ has been engineered to provide industrial-level performance while maintaining the precision and color vibrancy required for modern textile applications, enabling print businesses to expand their capabilities.
The installation at Karnal Signages CFC reflects the soft signage company’s continuing partnership with Arrow Digital. Naresh Saluja, who leads Karnal Signages CFC, said the company is focused on strengthening its technology portfolio to remain competitive in the print and textile markets. With the new machine, the company is building a production environment intended to support a wider range of textile products while maintaining quality and efficient operations.
The EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ is designed for industrial digital textile production and offers a maximum printing width of 340 cm, suited to large-format textile graphics and decor applications. With production speeds of up to 375 sqm/hr, the printer is intended to handle high-volume printing requirements while maintaining consistent output quality. It supports up to 8 color configurations, which the company said delivers a broader color gamut for vibrant shades, smooth tonal transitions, and reproduction of complex textile designs.
The printer uses printhead technology capable of producing resolutions up to 600 × 4800 dpi, intended to ensure fine detail and sharp imagery across large fabric runs. Its fabric transport system and ink management architecture are designed to support stable performance during continuous production.
With the EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ now operational, Karnal Signages is positioned to expand its textile printing portfolio. The printer handles a range of soft signage applications, including SEG, fabric light-boxes, retail display graphics, exhibition and trade show graphics, indoor branding graphics, backlit fabric displays, event backdrops, museum displays, airport and mall branding, and large-format textile billboards. In addition to soft signage, the system supports fashion textiles, home decor, interior decoration textiles, upholstery materials, and decorative fabric graphics.
