Italian sportswear brand Errea has overhauled its digital textile printing operations with the installation of seven Mimaki systems, replacing a previous fleet of 28 digital printers. The new installation comprises three Tiger 600-1800TS industrial dye-sublimation printers and four TS330-1600 solutions.
The upgrade was designed to support Errea’s production across two locations: the TS330-1600 units handle design development and sampling at the company’s Italian creative headquarters, while the Tiger 600-1800TS and additional TS330-1600 systems operate at its production facility in Romania. The configuration is intended to allow Errea to handle both high-volume club and federation orders and small-batch customized runs within a single production environment, with consistent color reproduction across sites.
Errea said the consolidated Mimaki setup simplifies machine management and maintenance, optimizes production space, and improves repeatability across production locations.
