Mimaki Europe has launched the TxF330-800, a new direct-to-film (DTF) printer designed to support stable, high-quality garment decoration in demanding print environments. The system combines automated maintenance, expanded white ink capacity and advanced production capabilities to streamline workflow.
Longer print runs with greater stability
The TxF330-800 delivers 1.5 times the production speed of the previous TxF300-75 model and is equipped for long, uninterrupted production runs with an expanded 16-cartridge ink system. Up to eight white ink slots provide up to 4L of capacity, while Mimaki’s UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) allows print providers to replace cartridges without stopping production.
The printer also incorporates Mimaki Feed Tension Technology (MFT), which improves film transport without applying additional tension. This reduces the risk of misalignment during high-speed and long-duration printing and supports stable, precise image quality.
To extend productivity further, rotary wipers have been introduced for easier maintenance of the print heads, while minimizing ink splatter during wiping. MCT2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) helps prevent ink blockages that can slow down production.
Enhanced color fidelity for garment printing
The expanded color gamut now includes Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks, which the company said enable more vibrant output, smoother gradients and more accurate color reproduction – particularly for applications requiring high color fidelity, such as workwear and corporate merchandise. These inks are also ECO PASSPORT-certified and packaged in an eco-cartridge described by the company as environmentally friendly. The TxF330-800 is also compatible with a broader range of films for increased flexibility.

The TxF330-800 will make its debut at The Print Show and Viscom Italia.
